Katy Perry came dressed to the VMA Awards dressed strikingly similar to Britney Spears did in 2001. Just looking at the two dresses, I would be shocked if Katy Perry hadn't taken inspiration from Britney's attire. Both of them styled their denim Versace dress with silver choker necklaces, adding a little glam to the denim. The two also both wore their hair out and styled it wavy. Besides this, both are carrying similar handbags.
